What to Wear
We fly our Hot Air Balloon year round so we like to ask that you dress for what ever the weather is forecasted to be the day of your flight. The temperature in the air is no different then the temperature on the ground! Dress casual and comfortable, shorts and dresses are not recommended. Morning launch sites are usually damp due to dew or snow; we recommended sneakers or boots and high heels and flip flops are prohibited. We do recommend that you bring a camera to capture your experience. No carry on bags are allowed in the basket.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers will be charged full fare if they fail to arrive for a scheduled flight, late arrivals, or cancellations less than 7 Days
prior to a scheduled flight.
Gift Certificate Refund Policy:
Gift certificates can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the gift certificate is no longer refundable but they can be transferred to another person and they will never expire.
When to Book Your Flight:
We suggest making reservations 5 days in advance but we will do our best to book a last minute requests. Our Leaf peeping Season is the busiest part of our Hot Air Ballooning season (Typically the last 2 weeks in September through October) so the sooner you book the better! The weekends fill up fast during this time!
